Preparation of Clients requirements, specifications, tendering and contract administration through to completion of construction works. Co-ordination of health and safety matters under the CDM Regulations.
An additional service to our Project Management role, providing valuations and certifying payments throughout the construction process.
SCHEDULES OF CONDITION AND DILAPIDATIONS
An assessment of the condition of leased commercial and industrial properties and production of report to protect both Landlords and Tenants who own or occupy. Photographic Schedules and costings of repairs can be provided and negotiations undertaken.
Theodolite Surveys and production of accurate survey information and drawings for resolving disputes, including advice to Solicitors and Clients, together with production of Expert Witness Reports for court purposes.
LAND AND MEASURED BUILDING SURVEYS
Theodolite Land Surveys for various purposes, together with detailed measured Building Surveys, providing an accurate record of existing features.
PARTY WALL MATTERS
General advise and implementation of requirements under the Party Wall etc Act 1996 including Awards, service of Notices and duties required acting as Party Wall Surveyors.
In conjunction with the legal profession, undertake Defect Analysis on all types of property producing subsequent independent Technical Reports and advise.
